What you’ll do

On any given day you will be the single point of contact for your clients, delivering, executing and analyzing the success of strategic marketing plans, building strong relationships, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. You will lead status calls, develop and manage project timelines and budgets. You will work closely with our creative team and production management to develop innovative campaigns that align with our clients’ goals and values, accountable for their successful execution, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and on brand.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with our clients as their primary point of contact for the agency, integrating with their team for seamless success and an exceptional client experience
  • Develop comprehensive marketing and PR campaigns that align with clients’ objectives, market trends, and industry best practices. Integrate multiple tactics including PR, digital, creative, events, social media, etc to deliver best results and meet objectives
  • Conduct ongoing performance evaluations of campaigns and programs and provide insight reports to clients. Utilize data-driven metrics to refine strategies and demonstrate the impact of our services (ROI)
  • Ensure on brand, on budget, on time delivery of client projects and campaigns.
  • Cultivate a deep curiosity about each client’s technology/ies and be able to articulate the value it brings to their customers. Identify target audience and personas and know how to reach them or make recommendations. Track client competitors to inform strategy and recommendations.
  • Partner with client on budgeting and meeting goals within a budget. Identify opportunities to maximize the value we bring to our clients.
  • Maintain clear, transparent, and regular communication with client. Status meetings, KPI reporting, analytics, strategic real-time adjustments and recommendations. Identify issues and scope changes quickly and communicate solutions to client.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple clients in a fast-paced environment. Partner with Bā production management to ensure on-time delivery. Co-create with specialist management team to ensure on-brand, effective campaigns and strategies that are creative and fresh.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion within the water industry with both prospective and existing clients. Engage on social media. Participate where needed in pitches and proposal development.
  • Stay current on latest trends, technologies, and innovations in the water industry and creative marketing and PR fields. Share insights with clients and internal teams to ensure continuous improvement.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
    • Proven experience (5+ years) managing integrated marketing within the water industry
    • In-depth knowledge of the water industry, its challenges, and market dynamics
    • Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of inspiring and motivating teams to achieve outstanding results.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
    • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful marketing and PR strategies.
    • Proficiency in leveraging data analytics to measure and optimize campaign performance.
    • Client-focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
    • Willing / able to travel as needed
    • Bonus: Familiarity with EOS/ Traction, ClickUp, Hubspot

    This is a full-time, remote employee (W2) position; as a hardworking, self -driven, highly motivated team player, you can be located anywhere!
