Beth founded Boeh Agency in 2012 to tell the water industry’s story in smarter, more strategic ways. A former client turned agency lead, she brings heart, hustle and deep industry ties to every project. When she’s not workshopping ideas, she’s deep in a book, in the garden or chasing her 3 pups around the yard.
Kate is a globally experienced creative with a knack for turning complexity into design that works. Her style? Smart, strategic and built to resonate. She recharges by exploring architectural gems and traveling with her family.
Seth has spent nearly twenty years in marketing, including more than a decade in the industrial and municipal water sector. During that time, he has led go-to-market programs at some of the world’s most respected water companies and emerging water-focused SaaS innovators. As Director of Strategy and Growth at Boeh Agency, Seth brings a perspective shaped by deep sector insight, close collaboration with partners and clients, and a clear commitment to helping organizations differentiate and grow. He lives in the Chicago suburbs with his family.
Jenevieve brings operational rigor to Bā, helping the team do their best work and keeping initiatives moving with intention. Outside work, she’s a wine enthusiast and murder-mystery lover who savors cozy nights and the beautiful chaos of a full, happy house.
Catherine brings process savvy and global perspective to the table. She’s part strategist, part systems thinker, and all-in on team success. She’s happiest cooking spicy food, color-coding spreadsheets or dreaming up her next trip abroad.
Mora brings nearly a decade of experience in the water sector, now focused on strategic account management and client growth. She partners with organizations to align communications, business objectives and market opportunities, translating complex water challenges into clear, actionable strategies. Known for her problem-solving approach, she helps clients navigate industry dynamics, strengthen positioning and develop compelling value narratives. Outside of work, she enjoys time in the woods, cooking, live music and spending time with her cats and husband.
Megan’s PR background spans national brands and public institutions. Her superpower? Turning data and insight into stories worth sharing. When she’s off the clock, she’s on the water with her husband, son and two dogs.
James has spent his career turning complex stories into news coverage that matters. With deep experience in offshore wind, financial services, and insurance — and a network of relationships built over years of working alongside editors and reporters — he knows what it takes to get clients heard in the right rooms. He has guided organizations through high-stakes crisis communications and secured placements in The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, and Bloomberg. Whether the moment calls for careful message control or an aggressive media push, James brings a strategic instinct that clients rely on. Outside the office, he’s usually hiking a trail, casting a line, or plotting his next board game victory.
Chris fuses storytelling with strategy, helping brands find their voice—and use it with impact. He also moonlights as a radio host and lives for mountain trails, Colorado sunsets and Monday night vinyl.
With a passion for turning ideas into action, Haley combines extensive marketing experience with a love for organization and project management to keep teams aligned and projects on track. Outside of work, you’ll likely find her playing with her two young daughters, or at her silversmith bench, crafting jewelry and finding inspiration in the creative process.
Ever since she learned to read and write, Mollie has been reading and writing. Naturally curious and hopeful that every listening ear and observant eye is just as curious, she enjoys using words to convey complex concepts with simple explanations. When not at work, she loves being outdoors, traveling by train, growing native perennials, diving into gut-wrenching non-fiction and watching a good competitive reality show. She and her husband have three grown children and live in Nashville.

With a background in marketing measurement and attribution, he focuses on building systems that actually drive smarter decisions. Outside of work, he’s usually refining a dashboard, squeezing in a run, or spending time at home with his fiancée and their dog Remi.
Maddi is a Twin Cities–based designer who brings strategy and creativity together to build brands that feel as good as they look. From identity systems to digital experiences and social content, she creates cohesive, thoughtful work that connects. Outside of design, you’ll find Maddi crafting, thrifting, traveling and exploring local coffee spots.
