New roots. New rhythm. Same mission.

Sometimes change comes with a long runway. Other times, it’s a bit more of a sprint. This season, we’ve had both.

In April, we made a big move—Matt and our family relocated to Pittsburgh to support our son’s education, and I’m still catching my breath. I traded my garden full of native plants for a blank hillside of clay and potential, but the woods behind our new home hold promise. I’m calling it a rewilding opportunity.

Brand refresh and reveal at ACE25

Then came another milestone: the official launch of our brand refresh, including a new name for our newsletter, Watermarks. Bā now fully reflects who we are—a team rooted in water, fluent in strategy and built for momentum. Seeing it come to life at ACE25 in Denver was a real full-circle moment. We connected with clients, made new friends and soaked up the energy of a water sector in motion.

Of course, leading a small business means the pace rarely slows, but it also means I get to lead in ways that align with my values. This Juneteenth, we paused as a team—because honoring progress (even when it’s not perfect) matters, and rest can be powerful.

We’re building toward something big. I’m grateful you’re part of it.

Peace,

Beth
